reconfiguring 2 MD1000 (each connected to a seperate PERC 6/e controller) to a 1 PERC 6/e controller (with MD1000s daisy chained)

Hello,

We are reconfiguring our server from a Dell PowerEdge 2950 with two PCI slots (each connected to a seperate MD1000), to a Dell C1100 with only 1 PCI slot.  We were hoping it wouldn't be difficult to configure the C1100 with 1 PERC 6/e and daisy chain the two existing MD1000s.  Do we need to rebuild our RAID arrays, or will they be intact?

What would be the most efficient way to approach this reconfiguration.  I appreciate any suggestions.
