Raid 6

Hello - I have Storage Pool with two PS6500e Running Raid 10. I checked the SANHQ for performance data for 18 months and see hardly 500 IOPS. Raid 10 gives us 7000 IOPS but gives 20 TB per unit and Raid 6 gives half 3500 IOPS but 35TB per unit.

Any recommendation from Equalogic? What is the process of changing the Raid level. Can we change with data on ?

So i have 2 units in the pool which are Raid 10. Capacity of usable is 20.76TB each and used is 8.5 TB on each. so total used is 17 TB. I tried to evacuate unit so I can change raid level when there is no data.

There is 12TB of free space on each unit so handling 8.5 TB of second unit shouldn't be any issue. We use thin volumes. Why I am getting this warning ?
