PS6510E Shipping

I have a strange request that hopefully someone in the community can assist with. 

We are trying to physically relocate a PS6510E, but no longer have the original shipping container that it came in. Dell has been unable to assist with a replacement box, however we have learned that a company called Austin Foam Plastics may be the source of the box we need.  I've contacted them, but without a part number they cannot assist. 

I'm looking for someone that may have the original box still available.  If so, the name of the box vendor and box part number should be on the bottom of the box.  With this info, I should be able to order the box that I need.
