Problema PowerVault NF600

Salve,

lo storage NF600 (s/n C14HJ4J) al boot una volta effettuati tutti i controlli senza evidenziare nessun problema viene visualizzata sempre la frase "strike F1 to continue F2 to run the setup utility" e la tastiera si blocca.

Anche in fase di boot, premendo F2 una volta entrati nel Setup Bios, la tastiera si blocca e non permette di fare altro.

Come possiamo procedere per ottenere assistenza da DELL ??

storage NF600 ( s/n C14HJ4J ) to boot once all checks without showing any problem is always displayed "strike F1 to continue F2 to run the setup utility" and the keyboard locks .

At boot , press F2 you enter the BIOS Setup , the keypad is locked and does not allow for anything.

How can we proceed to obtain assistance from Dell ??
