PE1900 MD1000 Failed Virtual disk with 2 physical disks showing foreign config

We have a PE 1900 server with PERC 5/E Raid Controller connected to a disk array (MD1000 enclosure)with 15 disks one of course is a hot spare. In the OSMA it is showing the Virtual disk in Failed State, and 2 physical disks as Foreign. Have not made any changes to array or to disks of any kind. Came in and found system in this condition. My question is how do I repair this issue without loosing data as I can not afford to loose any of the data as it is our backup data on Backup Exec Deduplication. Do I import the Foreign disks? Or what would be your suggestion on how to proceed?
