PE R710 Raid Issues Please Help

Hi All,

I'm hoping few of you can assist me with this urgent matter.  We have PE R710 SAS HD server configured with two Raid 1s (4 disks).  All was working fine until I noticed one of the disks had gone bad (amber light flashing).  No big deal I though I'll just hot swap the bad drive and it will rebuilt.  But, when I go to Open Manage and check my SAS 6/ir physical disks it's only showing me 3 disks instead of 4...?  Where did one of my disks go ?  Currently shows

Physical disk 0:0:0 -- Healthy

Physical disk 0:0:1 -- The failed amber flashing disk which I need to replace

Physical disk 0:0:2 -- Missing

Physical disk 0:0:3 -- Healthy

I did go back and check the server and it appear 0:0:2 is flashing green but not the normal green almost a delayed flash which I have yet seen before.

My question is what happened to 0:0:2 and what does the slow green flash mean?  Is that also bad?
