No Power Dell PowerVault 132T

Trying to find some sort of schematics for the power supply (P/N# PSSF231301A(C)) that is for our Dell PowerVault 132T. It just sopped working last night, we don't want to have to buy a new power supply for this if the problem isn't the power supply, so we are hoping we can test this using a voltmeter. Does anyone know where we can find schematics for this power supply, or how to test it using a voltmeter?
