mkdir on multipath md3200

Hi

I have just connected my md3200 on 2 hosts, I can mount a device on each one by mount /dev/mapper/mpath5 /mnt/vm.

My problem is that when I create à directory on the first host, it dont appears on the second

is there something to do ?
