Microsoft Fail Over Cluster Quorum disk error - PS6100

Hi

I am having issues with a failover cluster (Server 2012 and SQL 2012) with two disks including the quorum disk..

Event logs shows xxxxxxx

has not fully recovered as a cluster volume. If this condition continues, see the Release Notes for recovery instructions.

Event ID 6015 Task Cat: EHCM

What can I do?

No not yet. I was hoping that its just a simple procedure like Repair the Quorum disk using the Microsoft Fail Over Cluster interface.

I will continue troubleshooting today.

I frequently (every few minutes) get the following in the Windows Event Log:

Path 77030009 was removed from \Device\MPIODisk5 due to a PnP event. The dump data contains the current number of paths.

 followed a second later

Added device to \Device\MPIODisk5. DumpData contains the current number of paths.

In the iSCSI Initiator properties, Dell EQL MPIO sessions I can see that all the paths are up for days except the Quorum target

I thought I can I assume that  \Device\MPIODisk5  is the same as Disk 5 in Windows Disk Management? In that case, this drive dropping is another drive and not the Quorum!  But tracking the Path Id mentioned in the event log it does match the Quorum Disk MPIO settings.

So my next question is where can I look for logs with more info re this connect/disconnect?
