MD3620 Redhat Multipath
Hi. new the community so sorry if this is a known problem. I have a Dell R610 that I'm booting from an MD3620I SAN using eth2 and 3. It will load and boot etc but it constantly complains about /dev/sdb path being down.
mpatha: sdb -directio checker reports path is down
There are a bunch of sense errors etc. Is there a driver or somehting that I need to install?

Ok. So I found the answer. Once you've installed the OS then you have to download the dkms package from dell at http://linux.dell.com/dkms/. That was it. I was able to get almost 40MB/s but I really think I should be able to get more over 1Gb/s connection. ie if the connection were completely efficient I'd say 125MB/s. Realistically I'd be happy with 80% of that.
