MD3200i Storage Array Component - Loss of Communication

My MD3200i is reporting "Needs Attention" which shows a Storage Array Component - Loss of Communication message identifying the battery as the component reporting the problem with status Not Available. 

I have replaced the battery with a new one, reset the battery age through CLI, and then reset the controller, but still the error persists.  Today I just upgraded the firmware and NVSRAM to the latest versions from Dell Support downloads as per my service tag, but the error still persists. I then ran a CLI script to force a battery relearn cycle to happen today (at midnight I believe), so not sure if that will resolve my error? 

Has anyone else encountered this error and if so, what did you have to do to clear it?
