Load Timeout F491 on TL4000

I am receiving the error: Load Timeout F491 on my TL4000 Tape device. Also find on Drive 1: Status: Error; Act: Idle; Source: 14.

Please advise.

Not to familiar with the error codes on the TL4000, have you tried contacting support? They would probably be able to give you the quickest answer.
