Also, make sure you have the latest and greatest Resource CD downloaded and utilities installed. I see they just came out with a new version last month (April 2014). In case you don't yet have it, here it is:

Finally, make sure you also update the individual drives' firmware - instructions are in the first link as well.

does anybody knows which firmware version follows 07.84.53.60?

I am basically trying to find the version that has he fix for the SSD CACHE not working on the MD3620F.
