iSCSI problem on Windows 2003

I have M610 with two 10G Broadcom BCM57711 NetXtreme II on board

On the same server with VM Ware ESX 4.1 installed iSCSI works good, and give 1040 MBps realy connection. But on Windows installed servers 80-130 MBps.
Please help to resovle this problem. Storages is EQ PS6010E and EQ PS6010X
