Graphic problem on Dell xps420

Hi everyone,

First excuse my english which is not my natural language.

I have a Dell Xps420, upgraded on Windows 7. 

Viiv q6600 quad core 2.4ghz 1066 MHz fsb, 8mb cache. D01X403.

Single 512mb NVIDIA GeForce 8800gt card, memory bi-canal 2 go ddr2 667 MHz

Hard drive 500 gb serial ata2 non raid 2x250gb 7200 rpm dual hdd config.

When I switch on the computer, after several seconds or minutes, the screen becomes like this.

I suppose that the graphic card is out of order, right ?

Which graphic card I can buy instead of GeForce 8800gt ? I want a card which can provide at least the same performance.
