Free television with purchase of a new Dell Laptop

I bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 so I could get a free television. After calling five times to the sales department to get my free televison they tell me I did not buy from Dell direct and they will not give me my free televison. Who can I contact in America about this? I need a name and contact to complain about this. After spending $799 for a laptop that was in the agreement to have a free televison, I feel very cheated. Thanks for the help.
