Error when creating virtual disks

I have been running into several errors when creating virtual disks on a M710HD

I keep obtaining the following error:

Physical disk FQDD did not identify a valid physical disk for the operation



The XML I am sending is;

These values are obtained by querying for the FQDNS of the controller and disks.
