Equallogic certificate errors on new Win 7 build

Just finished a reformat of my windows 7 laptop and whenever I try to access my Equallogic via the https://(ip address)/grpmgr.html I get a certificate error saying "there is a problem with this websites security certificate"

I can accept the error and get to the SAN's login page but it's a pain to always have to click through the errors.  My other windows 7 machines do not have this error and have checked all IE settings to make sure I match the other systems.

Any ideas?
