Dell Powervault password required

I have a problem login into the Dell powervault 124T. I don't remember setting the password, does it do this on its own? I really don't mind resetting to factory defaults but it requires a Dell expert to work with me. I'm in Kenya and we don't have local support for this product.

Please help as I'm currently not doing any backup. It is also not allowing me to log into the front panel. I have new tapes that I would want to introduce. I'm also uprading from Backup exec 12 to 2010.
