Dell PERC H800 controller card

I would like to know if Dell PERC H800 controller card is compatible into HP DL380 G5 server. Our client want to use the existing Dell PowerVault MD1220 DAS to direct connect to DL380G5.

We do not have DL380's here to test and I believe we only validate on Dell Servers. I wouldn't think there would be a problem, but you may want to post on our sister site and see if anyone has tried this before. http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/servers/default.aspx
