Dell PE R910 + PERC H800 + Dell PowerVault MD12000 x2

Hello,

I'm facing a very strange situation:

1st time, RAID10 between 2 MD1200 crashed, half of HDDs were found as "Foreign" and couldn't be recovered.

I've re-created the array, but then almost 6 drives went into "Bad" state, i've replaced them the raid was rebuilt, but after a few days the few of them crashed again, i've replaced with the new ones but that didn't helped.

I'm not sure what to do next, because my raid controller firmware is the latest available, everything is connected good. Can someone help me solve this problem? Many thanks in advance.

More about the setup:

Dell PowerEdge R910 running CentOS 6.6 x86_64, PERC H800 and 2 storage arrays MD1200 connected via SAS between them and via SAS to the R910, created RAID10 via PERC H800. All operation are executed via CLI.
