Dell MD3000 Modular Disk Storage Hardware Provider service terminates

I have a pair of PowerEdge R720 servers powering a Windows 2012 Rcluster serving as Hyper-V hosts. On both servers in the Event Viewer I'm seeing the follow error in the Application Log about 4 times a day. Things seem to be working okay but I'm concerned that I'm missing something. At the least, it doesn't seem to me that I should be seeing so many instances of this error. Anyone have an idea what's going on and what to do? Or should I open a Dell support case?
