First and foremost, ensure you are running the latest version of the Array FW and SANHQ.
Packet errors are often cause by bad cables, bad ports on switch and incorrect configuration on switch iSCSI ports. The only way to clear packet errors on Equallogic arrays is to reboot the array.
Replace cable between controller port and switch port with known good cable.
10Gb cables must be SFF-8472 compliant to work with 10Gb Equallogic arrays.
(Note: If unable to upgrade the switch you can disable spanning tree on the ports connect to the array).
Use tech report TR1017 to check the configuration on the switch and confirm it meets best practices.
Run a show tech-support on the switches to review for port errors. If a Powerconnect or Force10 switch then engage dell networking for help reviewing switch logs. If any other vendor, then engage the switch vendor for help reviewing switch logs.
Update host nics to latest nic driver and firmware
if 10GB interfaces are in use, make sure that if using fiber, that appropriate gbics are being used - that is, the correct speed for 10GB (sfp+ and not sfp), and that you are not using a 50/125 (aqua colored) fiber cable on a gbic that's designed for 62.5/125 (orange colored) or vice versa. Also try changing or checking that your twinax cables are rated for sfp+ and not sfp if using 10GB. If using RJ-45 cables, make sure they are cat 6a and not cat 5e.

If running Linux hosts with Multipath.d, you might need to change the multipath.conf file to include : path_checker tur in the devices section.
