configuring power connect
I have setup three dell power connect 6224 switches in a stack. i want to create three Vlans.
1. Management
2.Vmtraffic
3.iSCSI
The idea is to have iSCSI separated from the rest of the network. I am using dell ps6000x EqualLogics. The problem i have is how to create these vlans and to route between them. any ideas will be helpful.
Thanks,
Jamie.

First, you can use the “default” management “vlan (1)” for the management vlan, so you shouldn’t need to create a separate vlan for this.
Then you would create the other two vlans using the standard process as outlined in the 62xx User guide. Use this and use the “User Configuration Guide” for setting up the VLAN in the GUI or use the CLI Guide for the command line interface setup. support.dell.com/.../index.htm
The basic steps to create the VLAN command is to give the VLAN an ID, Name, IP address and assign which ports are in the VLAN.
Check out this link for the 62xx configuration guide for routing (also listed on the first link above): support.dell.com/.../config.pdf
Here is another useful link for the 62xx series Online Documentation: support.dell.com/.../index.htm
