Advice on when does the DeLL on the service tag become reconfigured by a retailer it's no longer a DeLL?

An on line retailer named Kogan.com advertised new Dell Latitude E6330's for about $700 bucks. I've had nothing but excellent service from the product and service department, I still have 450 day left on the Pro Support for IT Tech Support&Assistant . The price at Kogan.com got me thinking I'll get another and write it off on tax. The older one could go to the office and the new one would become my new travel blogging machine.

I got docking stations and slice battery's even the 2nd media bay battery so a full charge can literally run the notebook continually from London to Sydney without a recharge, so you can see the attraction of a brand new replacement. On top of this to two docking station are unbelievable, I run my old HP LaserJet printer that cost nothing in cartages as well as edit my travel on duel HD screens, conference networking you name it.

I bought it and added it to my products and service list, oddly services said "Return To Depot" I'd not seen that one before.

I did the dell online diagnostic to see what was in side to find the WiFI may have been replaced with a module so generic no even one of the world most powerful diagnostics machines could identify it, looks the same but now I'm not so sure. One troubling thing is my Dell Studio XPS that never sleeps is reporting irregular internet getaway activity from a device in our network, maybe unrelated but how knows.

I checked my service tag to see what was in the box when it left Dell on 01/01/15

I would expect to service tag specifications to match my new E6330 but the DVD drive hade been changed for a cheaper option that drew more current. My tag says I have a 90w charger for world wide distribution but it was substituted by a 65w charger. Do Dell allow there authorised resellers to remove and replace chargers destined for world wide distribution?

I may wont to add 65w charger gets so hot you can not touch it and use the laptop at the same time.

What is a Dell if not the specifications fits service tag.

Am I asking to much to have my Dell products reman as the are when shipped from the factory?

I'm sending it back and demanding a refund, I would rather get $500 of new parts in from the US and have them fitted by Pro Support for IT under warranty then carry the stress of having to send it to Hong Kong for repair.

Regards
