Adjusting RAID 5 Virtual Disk on T410 with PERC 6i

After reading several posts about adjusting RAID 5 by replacing the smallest disks with larger ones I seem to be stuck. We started off with 3 500 GB disks in our initial RAID 5. We started to run out of space so we added two 1TB drives to increase our space. Now we are running low again so we replaced the initial 3 500 GB drives with 2 TB drives. We did this one drive at a time and did a rebuild between installs. Now when I go into OMSA (Version 7.2.0) and drill down to the virtual disk. 

And attempt to do a reconfigure as instructed all of the disks are grayed out and not showing the new disk sizes.

Yet if I look at the physical disks they show to be the new sizes.

So my question is what am I doing wrong that I am unable to expand my virtual disk or even get the new disks to show as available space.
