QBT1250 is the successor of Optiplex 7020 tower plus but using the smaller 7020 tower chassis which has same (324x154x292 mm) dimension as Inspiron 3910/3020 chassis. Since 3910 tower can physically accommodate 500w Dell oem psu TPX56, so yes QBT1250 can fit a 500w psu too.
