Myservice360 no more receiving SR Notification emails since August 12

Hi,

I am using EMC - Dell service portal for years.
As a DELL partner I am giving some support to our customer with Service Request activities.

In order to be informed of SRs opened by our customer I registred customer's location IDs in NOTIFICATIONS & ALERTS tab in the Account Settings & Preferences page.

That means for each SR opened or updated I receive a notification email.
This was working well for years, up to August 12. Since this date I don't receive any notification email.
This is the case also for other people of my company.

How to solve this issue ?
