Laptop brought from Dell outlet

Hi all

Can somebody help me with an issue I have with a Dell outlet and also Dell . I bought a Dell XPS 9530 from a dell outlet, I foolishly added a additional hard drive which I then found out broken the warranty.  So I contacted dell support to see if they would fix my Dell laptop. It appears that the laptop was broken and had been sent back to Dell as an exchange as they could not fix the issue on site, the out of warranty team also informed me that it should not have been sent out .  On hearing this  I tried to ask Dell what was the initial problem so I could get my laptop sorted.  No response ever came. Does anybody know who I could contact to get this matter resolved or find out what the original issue was. <To protect you, your private information was removed from public view.
