dell g15 5520 ISSUE WITH FANS AND MANUFACTURING MODE

hello everyone i have two issues i would like help with 

1-  My laptop is going into manufacturing mode automatically and it says to enter the service tag i entered it but it still wont stop booting into manufacturing mode alt+f also is not working . 

2- My laptop fans wont stop they are at 100% all the time this issue came as the same time as the manufacturing mode one and since my dell laptop has a g shift button when i used to press it my fans would go 100 % but it is not the case as of right now my fans even as im writing this are at 100% 

please help to resolve this issue
