He is a coach and SME for the ASD SAS support team. Isaka has experience with EMC M&R (APG/Watch4net), Service Assurance Suite, ViPR SRM, VNX, Monitoring and Reporting Family. |

Support Engineer III Scott has been working in IT for the last 17 years in institution and data center management. He joined EMC May of 2012 and is a subject matter expert (SME), coach and team lead for the AMER SAS support team. Scott has experience with EMC Monitoring & Reporting (APG/Watch4net), Service Assurance Suite (SMARTS), ViPR SRM, VNX Monitoring and Reporting Family. |

Technical Support Engineer II Matthew has been working in IT since 2004 in various support (desktop, server, network) and team lead roles. He joined EMC in 2014 and is currently working in the Advanced Software Division for the SAS EMEA support team. Matthew has experience with EMC M&R (Watch4net), ViPR SRM, Smarts, Cisco and Microsoft administration. |
