Team connection to EQL

Hi,

Our systems were designed and built by a dell partner but I've been unable to find articles online that backup their design.

6xR810 with 8 network ports

2xPC6248 switches

EQL PS6500X fully populated 8 network ports connected (4 active)

The R610 servers are running 2012 R2 and have two teams configured using inbuilt teaming with 4 nics assigned to each team. 

-  'Team 1' which has all the virtual NICs connected and is using LACP.

-  'iSCSI Team' set to switch Independent.

When I look at the adaptor usage it looks like only 1 of the 4 NICs is taking all the traffic with the rest practically idle.

I know that as of 2012 R2 teaming is supported for iSCSI but is this configuration correct in this case?
