Hello,
Sounds like multiple drives have failed.
I would guess you don't have a support contract. You can open a one-time case for a fee. They can help you triage the issue. They can't provide hardware but possibly find the bad drive or drives and worst case you can send them to a recovery service for possible recovery.

You are running a support command, which is normally restricted to PS Series Tec
hnical Support personnel. Do not use a support command without instruction from
Technical Support.
