Smart Tags
I'm running firmware 8.1.3 and when I try to manage smart tags in the GUI, the options are greyed out to create new ones. When I try to assign an existing predefined tag to a volume, it shows me Applications only but no other settings.
How do I enable smart tag options on volumes?

I'm logged in as grpadmin when trying to adjust smart tags. I'm running Java version 1.8 Update 101 in application mode.

No, I'm not running any other language. I have another equal logic enviornment setup as a lab with a PS6000 array in it and the smart tags work with it and it's populated with all the preloaded defaults and I have the ability add and edit smart tags with it. The only differenceis in the new lab array I'm running 8.1.4 to test it before I deploy to production but I believe the tags we're in there when it was 8.1.3 which my prod enviornment is at.
Could the tags be missing due to something with previous upgrades? Could it be something in whatever the primary array is in the group that is missing?

I also wanted to mention, I can't log into equallogic through any web browser, chrome, firefox, or IE because it will complain that it wants Jave 6 Update 31 or higher. So i always have to run it as an application. Is that something can be fixed as we'll?

I figured out the issue. Apparently when the firmware was upgraded, it didn't create the default tags correctly which was preventing me from adding or editing tags. So i wen't through the command line and when i did tag show, it showed no tags we're listed but it turns out they we're in the database. So i deleted the tags by command line using tag delete and using the other equal logic array for the tag names. Once I deleted all the tags, I was able to create new ones through the GUI.
Just wanted to list the fix in case anyone else has the issue.
