SAN HQ SNMP failed

I have been getting notifications from my EqualLogic SAN forever and haven't found a solution.  Here;s the message:

    • [ID: 14.2] Unable to establish connection.
    • The SAN HQ server issued SNMP requests at the group, some or all of which failed.  This condition is likely due to network congestion or failed network connectivity.  The server will retry within 60 seconds.  Check your network connectivity and check that the storage group is online.  If the problem persists, contact your Dell support provider for assistance.

AFAIK, this array should be communicating.  Pings, etc work.

Haven't found a solution yet.

Any thoughts from the community?

If you have multiple members, and you're managing out-of-band, are all members set up with an appropriate out-of-band IP address, and does the group have its own out-of-band IP address as well?


If any of these aren't set up (right), then that could be the cause of your issues.
