San HQ 3.1 alerting frequency

Since upgrade to SAN HQ 3.1,  it is alerting every hour vs every 6 hrs as connfigured.  It is beating the *** out of us.  I do have a failed drive and a drive is on its way however getting beat up by the alerting every hour is getting annoying.   I'm configured to alarm every 6 hrs,  which is ok.   Can this be changed via registry or some other place or is this a known issue.   I also have configured the notifications but do not have the ability to fix the frequency back to 6hrs as before.
