SAN Headquarters not recognising disks in PS4210
Hi,
We have recently installed a new SAN, which is on the new firmware 8.1.6 and now within SAN Headquarters it is showing the drives in it as Unknown (Unrecognised Disk Information) and therefore the predicted IOPS for the SAN is not working.
We have another PS4210 that is running F/W 8.1.4 and this is showing fine.
Is this an issue with the more recent firmware? Would the version 9 F/W work better?
SAN HQ is latest version 3.2.0.8291

Hi Don,
Thank you for your reply.
I have checked and both SAN's are exactly the same model, the drives are the same manufacturer but a slightly different model.
Am I just stuck with this not working?

Hi Don,
Everything shows fine in the GUI for the SAN, RPM and all details for the drives...
I will contact Dell about it.
