PS6110 Reset to factory defaults

Hi

I have 2 questions.

1) We just did the reset to our PS6110 Dell Equalogic using a serial console to the active controller. Do I need to reset the other(standby) controller as well?

2) Is it possible to manually switch the controller mode to and active or standby mode?
