PS6100XV更换控制器
Hi，这边有一台equalLogic PS6100xv控制器故障。设备为单控制器，现控制器故障了，用了1个新的控制器更换。但是更换上去提示让setup，查了下这个操作会清除数据。请问单控制器配置的设备，正常更换需怎么操作呢？提示setup时，选择了no，现在在CLI>界面，输入show命令，提示设备在初始化，无法操作。请帮忙看看，谢谢！

Hello,
From what I can gather you have a failed controller. But there isn't enough details on what the error is or what you did to help you.
The CLI> prompt means either the array is not configured yet, or it is not seeing the disk drives for some reason. Did you take the compact flash card from the old one and install it in the new one? You must do that to insure the firmware revision is the same as what is on the array.
I would suggest you open a support case. If you do not have a service contract you can open a one time case for a fee.
