PS4210 Controllers Error
Model 70-0485 Product PS4210 Chassis type SBB 2u24 2.5 Disk 24(SSD/HDD hybrid)
Warranty details: end date 1/4/2019
Controllers status Problem: Critical Smart Battery has failed
What should I do in this case?

First:
If possible remove the ServiceTag from your post (added as a tag).
If your EQL groupmanager is setup correctly a call home will be triggered when a critical error occur (you will get an email about the call home). Normally you will get an automatic email response with the orders to create the diagnostic files on the effected member, how to fetch these files from the array and how to upload these to the dell fileexchanger.
If this not happens... just call the dell support on your country and have the service tag available. They will redirect you to the right support guys. I always tell them that a call home may occur but iam not sure.. so they can take a look into the support database first.
