PS4100E - reconfigure raid
Hi Good Day,
recently one of the disk of ps4100 failed, we decided to use the ps4100 for another purpose so we decided to reformat it , we would like to seek help on how to break and reconfigure the raid of the PS4100. thank you

After i run the command 'reset' in cli it prompts for reboot, but upto now i cannot ping ping and access in gui 10.5.5.5 is it because i remove the failed drive then run the reset in cli

Hi Don, i am new with equallogic can you help me on how can i download the remote setup utility. unfortunately are equallogic is now out of warranty.

I would like to know if you can setup or upgrade RAID policy if one Disk is still missing? I have some bad feeling that this might be not possible.
Depending of the existing RAID level also a inplace/online RAID level change is possible and maybe the better solution compared to a factory reset. Especially when you not so familar with how to setup the unit from scratch.
