PS Series Firmware Download
Hello,
I bought 2nd hand PS6510e storage, the firmware version is too old. I wanted to be a member of https://eqlsupport.dell.com/ to download a firmware update. The mail has not arrived for 2 days. How can I download these updates?

Hello,
Only Dell PS Series arrays with support contracts can gain access to the firmware downloads or any of the bundled software. There is no other way to get access to the firmware. The firmware is licensed via the support contract.
