PS-4110 storage array is still initializing
At night storage PS-4110 has been rebooted. After that it's not working. All LED on front panel of storage and on HDD are off. Only LED on controllers are working. PowerEdge M1000e chassis shows - Health and Performance: Power State - Unavailable, Power Consumption - 0 W, Health - Unavailable, Temperature -Unavailable, Component LED - State Off. Array is not accesable throght chassis CLI as well.
Controllers can be accessed through COM port. After loging to console I've got message: The storage array is still initializing. Limited commands will be available until the initialization is complete. Please try again later.
Is it any chance to resolve the problem? Need suggestions to fix it.
Thanks
I've tried:
CLI> support exec "uname -a"

Hello,
I'm sure the drive slots are not empty but the controller isn't seeing them. Have you tried to restart the active controller to force a failover? See if the passive can pick up the drives?
Regards,
Don

I've tried to restart controllers, backup controller is switching on as active but nothing happens with HDD.
Also have updated chassis FW and tried to restart chassis without any result for array.

Hello,
The next step is to remove all the components, controllers, drives, including the backplane the PSM-4110 sits in. The make sure they are fully seated and power it back up again.
Regards,
Don

You may want to call phone support at this point as it may be some failed hardware that is causing this.
