Problema Array Ps6210x

Question

buongiorno a tutti, ho il seguente problema con una PS6210X EOL ma ho necessità di recuperare i file all'interno dei dischi.

questo è il messaggio di errore:

secondo voi è possibile ripristinare l'array o fare in modo che carichi la configurazione dai dischi in modo da farla partire?

oppure creando un nuovo array potrei riuscire ad entrare nei dischi?

Ciò sembrerebbe dovuto a un controller guasto o in avaria. Se avete sostituito il controller, dovete assicurarvi di spostare la scheda SD sul controller sostitutivo, in quanto la scheda SD contiene il firmware e la configurazione dell'array. L'EQL può funzionare anche con le batterie guaste, perché come si è visto non c'è cache quando le batterie sono guaste sui controller.

Hola,

El problema es que las baterías de caché se han agotado. Será necesario reemplazarlos. Duran entre cinco y seis años. Si compra un controlador usado, la batería también puede fallar. Hay algunos proveedores en línea de estas baterías, pero es posible que también estén usadas.

Si reemplaza las baterías de los controladores, es muy probable que la matriz se inicie. Sin embargo, es posible que se haya perdido parte del caché.

Hay un comando que vaciará ese caché, pero podría provocar que falten datos. En ese caso, se recomendaría una verificación del sistema de archivos en todos los volúmenes.

Si vuelve a estar en línea, le sugiero que habilite las notificaciones por correo electrónico. Las baterías comienzan a alertar entre 3 y 6 meses antes de que caduquen.
