Power Cooling Module 1 Fan 2 Speed 0 - PS6210

Setting up a new PS6210 array last night. Powered everything on and went home before configuring anything. Came in this morning and Fans blaring. Fan Speed = 0 for one fan (Mod 1 Fan2). Time to contact support or is there a simple fix?
