Ping loss & disconnection when I try to access my EQL PS6100
Hello guys,
I encounter an issue when I try to access the Group Manager web interface.
1st step : i do a ping -t on the IP interface, i first connect to the eth interface
2nd step : i'm connected to the MGMT interface with serial connection
3nd step : i try to access to the web interface : the ping is not working for a while
4nd step : i try to access to the FTP in order to put the new firmware for upgrade : it does not work too
5nd step : after waiting a couple of minutes, the ping is now OK, and I can restart those steps
Please note that the serial interface is working flawlessly while trying to access to the EQL PS via ethernet.
Do you have any clue ? Does this comes from a special security system embedded in the PS Array ?

Hello Don,
thanks for your answer.
The array is currently unavailable (my colleague who's in charge is not arrived yet :), I will try to look at the physical ports instead.
Is there a way to properly set all the IPs (I guess that the "grpparams group-ipaddress" shoudl be different)

Hello guys,
I reached to upgrade the array when i was on the same network.
It seems to be impossible to work with the array when you're not in this situation.
Do you think am I right ?
