Mapping unix to windows users on Dell NAS
I have a Dell FS7600 NAS. I have mapped this to both my NIS server and my AD. When I try to manually map a unix user to a windows user, it fails.
On the Authentication tab of the NAS cluster under Group configuration, I am trying to manually map a user. I can enter a unix user, then search and it finds the user in the correct NIS domain. similarly, I can enter a windows user and search and find it on the AD.
When I click map user, it says user not found.
When I try automatic mapping, nothing happens.
Any ideas?
