How to reset ps6510

I want to re-create the entire raid array
but after the reset the setup function does not go

CLI> setup

                Group Manager Setup Utility

   *** RAID is not functioning properly: RAID is recovering..
       Setup has failed. Please contact customer support.

how can I solve this
