Firmware Update Question
I have a Dell Equalogic 4000 that is currently running firmware version 5.2.8. Is it possible for me to update the firmware to 8.1.15 or would I need to go back to a legacy version of firmware?

Hello,
Yes, but only to get the last 6.x version and 7.x version. You have to upgrade from 5.2.8 to 6.x to 7.x then 8.x, then 9.x and finally 10.x.
The exacts steps are covered in the firmware upgrade instructions.
