Equalogic PS6000xv error in HD history of failures and upgrade firmware
I have an Equalogic PS6000, with 2 hard disks mark as History-of-failures.
what does this mean?, Can I remove this error or I have change the HD obligatory?
And, the equalogic, have a Storage Array Firmware V 5.2.5 (R264411) and We want to upgrade to v 9.1.1, is that posible?, dell's site sais me that I am unathorized for download this firmware. why?
Any help?

I change the disk, and show me spare and led off.
